The people at Bay always provide a comfortable and clean environment to get the care we need for our pets. This office has the kindest and most thorough staff, techs, and vets. Their abilities to educate and communicate effectively are invaluable. They always prioritized the health and wellness of the animals and their owners.

I’ve been bringing my dog here for the past year since I got her. The staff is incredible. Knowledge, highly efficient, and deeply love animals. They have provided me with options for all decisions made. Will stay here as long as I can.

This place is the GO-TO for my cat. The staff are warm and professional. The veterinarians are very kind and very thorough and care about your pet. I would get follow-up calls weeks after my appointment from them just to check in with how we’re doing. You don’t find places like this often. Appreciate them for always going the extra mile!

Took my dog Pumpkin for a dental cleaning. Everyone was so nice from checking in to discharge. They were in constant communication with me regarding the dental procedure from start to finish. Really gave me peace of mind. All-around great service.
