The position enlists the following duties and responsibilities:
- Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology
- Team player, well organized, self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task
- Comfortable communicating with clients on the phone and in person and answer client questions with confidence
- Outstanding written and oral communication skills
- Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time
