Veterinary Client Care Specialist

Bay Animal Hospital is looking for a talented Client Care Specialist to join our team. We are a privately-owned, 6-doctor AAHA accredited practice located in beautiful Manhattan Beach. The position enlists the following duties and responsibilities:

• Knowledge of veterinary practices, procedures, and terminology
• Team player, well organized, self-motivated, professional, and able to multi-task
• Comfortable communicating with clients on the phone and in person and answer client questions with confidence
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• Be able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods of time

Experience:

• veterinary receptionist: 1 year (Required)
